Config. MB1B 315-Print Out-GR

SAP Standard : Print Out MB1B 315 = GI (Bukti Pengeluaran Barang)
Supaya Hasil Print Out sebagai GR (Bukti Penerimaan Barang) maka config nya sbb:
1. OMB5 --> 315 --> print item = 9 (GR Customized Form)
2. MN21 --> WE03

Trans./event type = wa

Print version = 2

Print item = 9

3. Print Version = 2 karena pada OMBR setting utk MB1B = 2

Config. automatic print on Output Type

T-code : M706
M706 -->block WE03 + WA03 --> Click Details (magnifier pic.)-->tab Default values --> 4 = send immediately

SM30 for ZDOCTYPE

Every Document type of Purchase Order must be connected to Company Code in a table : zdoctype.
Reason: to protect crossing authorization on document type when creating PO

OMJJ-->202-->Account Control = Blank = optional
Then screen MB1A muncul GL account yang harus di isi :

Create Key Combination for Output

T code : M704
Create Condition Table - 972
Double Click the right field to move to left
Generate
then transport !

then: create access sequence for key combination
Spro - MM - Inventory Mngmt Phy Inv - Output Determination - Maintain Output type - double click WE03 WA03 - change access seq, to 9001

Auom2 = IC, for example :
based on 1 MC = 10,884 KG, 1 MC = 6 IC then setting mat. master =1 IC = 1,824 KG ==> that was wrong way, it will cause deficit ...
it should be : based on 1 IC =...?..KG then setting = 1 MC =...?..KG
